Got a message from someone claiming to be an AI TrustCERT partner? Here's how to check.
How to spot an official message
Our sales partners write from two domains: @partner.aitrustcert.com or @aitrustcert.pl. Before the @ you'll see either the full first name and surname, or the first initial and surname - both forms are valid. We only issue these domains to people and companies who actually work with us on sales and onboarding. If the message came from one of those addresses, it's genuine.
What our partners actually do
Partners talk to organisations about the AI Literacy training and the AI Governance platform, answer questions, set up calls, put together quotes. The contract and the actual service always sit with AI TrustCERT - a partner is your first point of contact, not the other party to the agreement.
