SYSTEM

A system that turns training into a working AI Governance process

Buy AI TrustCERT training licences and the organisation gets a full AI Governance platform included: policies, AI registers, risk assessment, acknowledgements and reports. No need to buy a separate system. Up and running in 1-7 days.

How does the AI TrustCERT platform work?

Six areas of AI management, available within your training licence.

The AI Literacy training programme is connected to a platform where the organisation puts rules in place, keeps registers, assesses risk and documents its actions.

AI Academy

AI literacy training, knowledge tests and certificates for employees.

Policy Center

AI policy, procedures, instructions and rules for using AI tools.

AI Register

Register of AI tools used in the organisation.

Risk Assessment

Risk assessment of AI use in specific processes and areas.

Evidence Hub

Documentation of training, policy acceptance, certificates and actions.

Readiness Report

Summary for the board, HR, compliance, IT or unit leadership.

Result: the organisation knows who uses AI, for what, under what rules and at what risk level.

AI TrustCERT Technology Provider

The technology behind AI TrustCERT comes from e-LEA Technologies - a company that builds educational and organisational tools for safe, responsible use of AI.

Enterprise

The platform runs on enterprise-grade solutions - the kind that have to hold up under a larger organisation: scalability, security, order in the data. You run education, compliance, oversight and the culture of responsible AI use in one place.

AI Governance

AI Governance is about managing how an organisation uses AI: who is responsible for what, what the rules are, who makes the decisions and how you keep it under control. The e-LEA technology brings these pieces together in one process.

AI Literacy

The second half is AI Literacy - real knowledge and skills, not just theory. The platform helps raise AI understanding among employees, managers and the people responsible for security or compliance.

Education

You run the whole learning cycle in one place: from spotting needs and mapping paths, through training and certificates, to tracking progress and reports. So what's left after a course isn't a set of slides - it's a measurable AI competency system.

Scalability

It works for a single team and for a large organisation that needs security, access control, reporting and integration with what it already runs. A tool that moves a company towards structured, regulation-compliant use of AI.

What AI TrustCERT does - and what your organisation is responsible for

A clear division of roles avoids misunderstandings: the system structures the process and the evidence, while decisions and practice stay with the organisation.

AI TrustCERT helps to
The organisation is responsible
keep the AI tool register
for the completeness of the register
train and document AI Literacy
for assigning people to training
create policies and procedures
for adopting, implementing and enforcing the rules
structure the risk assessment
for the accuracy of data and management decisions
generate the readiness report
for the actual remediation actions
collect evidence of due diligence
for keeping practice consistent with documentation

AI TrustCERT does not replace:

  • individual legal advice,
  • a legal audit,
  • management decisions,
  • the obligations of a deployer, provider or importer,
  • sector-specific assessments (e.g. medical, financial, HR, cybersecurity),
  • the actual implementation of procedures in the organisation.
IMPLEMENTATION

You now have the full picture of the system and the technology. One question remains: how fast does it go live for you? From opening the platform to launching the training programme and first actions takes just 1-7 days.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • What exactly does the compliance panel cover?

AI usage policies and rules with employee acknowledgements, an AI tool register, organisational risk assessment, action documentation and a readiness report for the board. The tool register is the starting point here, not a formality: until you know what your teams are using, you cannot assess whether any use case falls into the high-risk category, or whether anyone is doing something Article 5 of the AI Act prohibits. If such a use case shows up in the register, we describe the next steps on our page about high-risk systems.

  • Do we have to buy the platform separately?

No. From 10 people, the platform is included in the training licence price - there is no separate fee.

  • What if we have fewer than 10 people?

You buy the courses on their own. You can still open the platform free for 7 days to see how it works.

  • Does the system replace a lawyer?

No. The system organises documentation and guides you through the process, but the decisions and the responsibility stay with you. It does not replace individual legal advice.

  • How long does the system take to go live?

You open the platform straight away. Fully completing policies and registers usually takes 7-14 days - we describe the exact process step by step.

Not sure where to start?

Check in 3 minutes which AI Act obligations apply to your organisation. No commitment.

The AI Act is now in force. Transparency obligations under Article 50 of the AI Act have applied since 2 August 2026, and the European Commission has started enforcing the rules. Documented diligence is what counts.
