AI Usage Terms - AI TrustCERT
1. Purpose of this document
This document explains how the websites aitrustcert.pl and aitrustcert.com and the AI TrustCERT programme may use artificial intelligence systems.
The purpose of this document is to ensure transparency, security and trust for users, clients, partners and anyone interested in the AI TrustCERT programme.
2. What is AI TrustCERT
AI TrustCERT is a programme supporting organisations in the responsible, safe and structured use of artificial intelligence. The programme covers in particular AI literacy training, AI policies, AI tool registries, risk assessments, certifications, reports and documentation.
AI TrustCERT is not an official state or EU certificate. It is a programme supporting organisations in preparing for responsible and documented AI use.
3. How we may use AI
Within the website and AI TrustCERT communications, artificial intelligence may be used for:
- operating an informational chatbot,
- preparing supporting educational content,
- creating graphics, illustrations and marketing materials,
- drafting or organising informational content,
- supporting communications about the EU AI Act, AI literacy, AI governance and the AI TrustCERT programme.
4. How we do not use AI on the website
On aitrustcert.pl and aitrustcert.com we do not use AI for:
- making legal decisions affecting users,
- making financial decisions affecting users,
- automatically assessing an organisation's compliance with the EU AI Act,
- recognising users' emotions,
- biometric identification,
- biometric categorisation,
- assessing personal characteristics of users,
- processing special category data.
5. Forms and the AI Act readiness test
Data submitted through contact forms, registration forms and the AI Act readiness test is not transmitted to LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar language models.
Where the AI Act readiness test is available, its result is prepared using a scoring or rule-based algorithm. The result is informational and organisational in nature. It does not constitute a legal opinion, compliance audit or guarantee of an organisation's compliance with the EU AI Act.
6. AI chatbot
A chatbot based on a language model such as ChatGPT, Claude or a similar solution may operate on the website.
The chatbot provides general information about the AI TrustCERT programme, the EU AI Act, training, certification, contact details and how to use the offer.
Chatbot responses are informational and auxiliary in nature. They do not constitute legal advice, a compliance opinion, an audit or a binding recommendation.
Users should not share personal data, sensitive data, confidential information, client or employee data, trade secrets or documents containing third-party personal data with the chatbot.
7. AI-generated or AI-supported materials
Selected content, graphics, illustrations or informational materials published on the website may be created or supported using AI tools.
Such materials are informational, educational or marketing in nature. They do not constitute a formal legal opinion or a guarantee of any specific organisation's compliance with the EU AI Act.
8. The human role
AI TrustCERT holds that artificial intelligence should support people - not replace human responsibility.
In areas such as compliance, security, personal data, organisational policies, risk assessment and implementation decisions, we recommend that results are verified by a human or expert.
9. Services delivered through the e-LEA system
Selected services - such as training, user accounts, certificates, automated reports or educational features - may be delivered outside aitrustcert.pl and aitrustcert.com, through the e-LEA system or another specified educational platform.
In such cases, users will receive separate information about the terms of service, data processing, certification, user accounts and any use of AI within that system.
10. Security principle
Users should not submit the following to forms, the chatbot or any other tools on the website:
- sensitive data,
- medical data,
- national identification numbers,
- client data,
- employee data,
- login credentials,
- passwords,
- documents containing third-party personal data,
- trade secrets,
- confidential information,
- any data they do not wish to disclose to external systems.
11. Updates to these terms
The AI Usage Terms may be updated as the AI TrustCERT programme evolves, tools change, new features are introduced, regulations change or new guidelines concerning the EU AI Act emerge.
