What to prepare before you start
- A list of employees to add (name, email, department) - the platform handles the rest.
- A rough sense of which AI tools your team already uses at work - the starting point for the register.
- One person to own the admin account - usually someone from HR, compliance or IT. It doesn't have to be a whole department.

Adds employees, keeps the schedule on track and fills in policies and the register. Usually one person is enough.

What if we change our mind about headcount partway through?
You can always buy more licences. If you cross the 10-person threshold, the AI Governance platform is already included in the training price.
