IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

How AI TrustCERT implementation works, step by step

You're not left to figure this out alone. You open the platform, employees start training right away, and you fill in policies and the AI register at your own pace. Here's exactly what happens, and when.

IMPLEMENTATION

You now have the full picture of the system and the technology. One question remains: how fast does it go live for you? From opening the platform to launching the training programme and first actions takes just 1-7 days.

Launch in 1-7 days.

AI TrustCERT platform opened - day 1

Users added - day 1

Employees start ready-made AI Literacy training - immediately

Pre-built policies and registers completed - 7-14 days

Risk assessment - the system guides a structured analysis; the organisation completes the data, approves the result and makes the decisions

What to prepare before you start

  • A list of employees to add (name, email, department) - the platform handles the rest.
  • A rough sense of which AI tools your team already uses at work - the starting point for the register.
  • One person to own the admin account - usually someone from HR, compliance or IT. It doesn't have to be a whole department.

Who is involved on your side

Account administrator

Adds employees, keeps the schedule on track and fills in policies and the register. Usually one person is enough.

Employees

Complete their assigned training and confirm they've read the policies. Nothing more.

The board

Gets a ready-made readiness report - no need to configure or click through the platform.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • Do we need an IT department to implement this?

No. The platform is run by one designated person - usually from HR, compliance or IT. Employees only complete their training and confirm they have read the policies.

  • How long does it really take to go live?

You open the platform and start the first training courses the same day. Completing policies and the AI register usually takes 7-14 days, depending on the size of the company and how many AI tools you use.

  • What if we change our mind about headcount partway through?

You can always buy more licences. If you cross the 10-person threshold, the AI Governance platform is already included in the training price.

  • Do we do the risk assessment ourselves?

The system guides you through a structured analysis, step by step - you fill in the data and approve the result. It is not an automatic document, but a tool that organises your own assessment.

  • What happens after implementation?

The platform stays with you. The dashboard shows progress, you document ongoing actions, and the training materials are kept up to date with changes in the law.
