AI TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR ORGANISATIONS

AI training for your whole team - with the AI management platform included.

Your people are already using AI. The only question is whether they know how, and whether you have proof of it. AI TrustCERT is a full training programme: you teach employees to use AI safely, everyone gets a certificate, and you get proof they were trained. From a team of 10, the same price includes the platform where you keep policies, a tool register and all your documentation.

No card required. Go live in 1-7 days. Courses kept up to date with changes in the law.

Training that doesn't end when the course is over

Most AI training looks the same: someone sends staff a slide deck or gathers them for a single webinar, and what's left afterwards is an attendance list and nothing else. Six months later nobody remembers what it covered, and the company still has no answer to "how do we prove it".

With us, education is built into the process. Employees complete assigned courses, sit an exam, get a certificate and confirm they know the rules. The organisation documents it. And the people responsible for AI have a place to keep policies, a tool register and risk assessment. Training stops being a one-off event - it becomes part of how the company runs.

Knowledge is kept continuously up to date

For the whole organisation, not just "the AI people"

Employees

Learn what they're allowed to use and what they're not, and how not to land the company in trouble with one careless paste into a chat window.

Managers

Know what they're responsible for and how to hold their team accountable for using AI.

HR / L&D

Get a ready-made programme and a "who completed it, who didn't" report - without building it themselves.

IT and security

Get a tool register and confirmed rules - no more AI used quietly, off the company's radar.

Compliance and lawyers

Get documented actions they can use to demonstrate due diligence.

The board

Gets a report on their desk and the reassurance that the topic is handled, not swept under the rug.

A full programme - a dozen-plus courses across four categories

It's not a single course, it's a programme for the whole organisation. A dozen-plus courses, kept continuously up to date, arranged into category tracks. Everyone gets what they need for their role.

The employee gets a certificate. You get proof.

That's the difference that actually does the job. Most training ends with an employee having watched something. With us, there's a trail on both sides.

The employee gets:

  • access to assigned courses
  • an exam that checks their knowledge
  • a certificate of completion with a score

The employer gets:

  • a dashboard: who has finished, who is in progress, who hasn't started
  • a history of training and exam results
  • proof of completion for every employee
  • a report you can show the board, a client or an auditor

The certificate confirms completion of the training and passing the exam. It's not an official certificate of the organisation's compliance with the AI Act - no such thing is issued by anyone. It's proof that the company took concrete action.

What you get with a training licence

You pay for staff training. From 10 people, the same price includes the AI management platform - no extra charge for it.

Every licence includes:

  • access to the full training programme
  • tests, exams and certificates
  • progress reports and an admin panel

From 10 people, also included in the training price - the AI Governance platform:

  • AI usage policies and rules, with employee confirmations

  2. 2

You add employees and they are automatically assigned to courses.

  3. 3

People train and sit exams - at their own pace, online.

  4. 4

They receive certificates, and you see progress as it happens.

From 10 people, you switch on the platform - you publish policies, keep the tool register and document actions. If your team is smaller and you also want the platform, you can always use the spare licences later.

What stays after the training ends?

Not just the employee's certificate. It's kept-up-to-date knowledge. The organisation keeps the full history: who trained, and with what result.

And here's the part a regular course doesn't give you. From 10 people, you get it included in the training price. You see and measure which rules have been confirmed, which AI tools you use, what risks you've identified and what you did about them. All in one place, ready to show whenever someone asks.

A regular course vs. the AI TrustCERT programme

The AI TrustCERT programme

  • a full programme for the whole organisation
  • exams and certificates of completion
  • proof for the employer and reports
  • policies, an AI register and documentation (from 10 people, included)
  • courses kept up to date as regulations change
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • Does the training on its own take care of the AI Act?

No. Training is one of the obligations - the one about people's competence, and it has applied since February 2025. But the full scope of what you should do depends on how you use AI and what role you play. The training supports meeting that obligation, and the platform lets you keep policies, registers and documentation. The decisions and the responsibility stay with you.

  • How many people do we need to buy for?

From one. You can buy courses individually or for a team. From 10 people, the AI Governance platform is included in the training price.

  • What does the certificate confirm?

Completion of the training and the exam result. It's not a certificate of organisational compliance - no such thing exists - but it is evidence that the employee went through the training.

  • Are the courses kept up to date?

Yes, continuously. The law and AI tools change every quarter, so a one-off training session goes out of date fast. An annual subscription means your team always has current knowledge.

  • How long does it take to go live?

You switch on the programme and the platform instantly and fill them in over 1-7 days. Fully organising all policies and registers takes longer - it depends on the size of the company and how many AI tools you use.

  • What if we do nothing?

The AI Act provides for sanctions for failing to meet its obligations. But in practice it comes down to something simpler: when a client, an auditor or the board asks, you have documented evidence of due diligence instead of excuses.
