The certificate confirms completion of the training and passing the exam. It's not an official certificate of the organisation's compliance with the AI Act - no such thing is issued by anyone. The European Commission's Q&A on Article 4 of the AI Act confirms this: the provision imposes no particular training format or certificate. It's proof that the company took concrete action.

Frequently asked questions

Does the training on its own take care of the AI Act?
No. Training is one of the obligations - the one about people's competence, and it follows from Article 4 of the AI Act. It has applied since February 2025. But the full scope of what you should do depends on how you use AI and what role you play, which Article 3 of the regulation defines. The training supports meeting that obligation, and the platform lets you keep policies, registers and documentation. The decisions and the responsibility stay with you.

How many people do we need to buy for?
From one. You can buy courses individually or for a team. From 10 people, the AI Governance platform is included in the training price.

What does the certificate confirm?
Completion of the training and the exam result. It's not a certificate of organisational compliance - no such thing exists. Certificates in the sense of Article 44 of the AI Act concern high-risk systems and are issued by notified bodies. Our certificate is evidence that the employee went through the training.

Are the courses kept up to date?
Yes, continuously. The law and AI tools change every quarter. An example from the past month: Regulation 2026/1744, the Digital Omnibus on AI, entered into force on 27 July 2026 and changed both the deadlines and the wording of the training obligation. A one-off training session goes out of date fast. An annual subscription means your team always has current knowledge.

How long does it take to go live?
You switch on the programme and the platform on day one - user accounts and the first courses start immediately. Completing policies and registers usually takes 7-14 days, depending on the size of the company and how many AI tools you use.

What if we do nothing?
Article 99 of the AI Act provides for sanctions for failing to meet its obligations. But in practice it comes down to something simpler: when a client, an auditor or the board asks, you have documented evidence of due diligence instead of excuses.
