Why we do this

The AI Act applies to everyone equally. A foundation using AI chatbots to draft grant applications, or an AI tool to analyse beneficiary data, falls under the same obligations as a tech company. The difference is that a company has a compliance budget, and a foundation is supposed to spend its money on its mission.

We think a lack of money should not decide whether an organisation uses AI responsibly. So we give foundations the whole programme - no fees, no cut-down version, for every employee.

What exactly you get

The full AI Literacy training

12 courses for all employees and associates - from the basics of using AI safely, through risk management, to AI Governance. Every participant takes an exam and receives a completion certificate.

The AI Governance platform

AI usage policies, an AI tool register, risk assessment, employee acknowledgements and reports. All in one place, ready to fill in.

No cap on people

The programme covers your whole team - whether that is five people or fifty.

Evidence of due diligence

Certificates, policy acknowledgements and documented actions - to show a grant funder, an auditor or your board.

Who can apply

  • Foundations and associations registered in the Polish KRS
  • Public benefit organisations
  • Non-profit entities for which this is their core activity

There is no ranking and no competition. We only check that the application really comes from a non-profit - then we get in touch with your access.

The programme covers a free annual licence for the foundation and all of its employees. Each yearly renewal is free as well.
